12 Session Programme

The recommended programme of twelve sessions brings together my two areas of professional training: psychotherapy and performance. Only with a thorough understanding of the roots of the anxiety can a practical programme for change be implemented.

In the first six sessions of psychotherapy we build a picture together of your public speaking anxiety through in-depth investigation - there are no exercises or homework for this part.

The second part (six extended sessions) builds on the first part and is tailored to your specific situation. We work on exercises together that you then practise at home. Familiarity with these exercises and techniques seeks to build a response to the symptoms of anxiety.
